Requirements:
Application, Essay and hold Sirsana (Headstand) for 30 seconds (recommended).

Students participating in the training will move more deeply into the realms of the body, mind, and spirit and, at the program's end, will be certified to teach BambooMoves Gentle, Level I, Level I-II Level II and/or all three (and may register with Yoga Alliance [www.yogaalliance.org] as a certified yoga instructor).
